Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles seeks a Spa Experience Coordinator to welcome guests, guide them to treatments and arrange visits with meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage bookings in Book4Time, coordinate group reservations, and ensure a seamless guest journey. The role requires a polished, guest-focused presence and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel front desk or guest-facing role is preferred.
• Experience with Book4Time or a similar booking system is an asset.

Spa Experience Coordinator
Fairmont Century Plaza | Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Permanent

As a Spa Experience Coordinator, you'll be that first point of welcome. You'll guide guests to the right treatments, arrange their visit down to the smallest detail, and make sure they leave more relaxed than when they arrived. What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Spa, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Welcome every guest

• Greet guests warmly and manage smooth, timely check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone, email and in-person inquiries from hotel guests, local clients and future visitors with professionalism and care.
• Share thorough, confident knowledge of every treatment, service and spa offering, helping each guest find their perfect experience.

Curate the journey

Book, modify and cancel spa, fitness and wellness appointments in Book4Time with speed and accuracy.

• Recommend additional treatments and create personalized itineraries for spa and hotel guests.
• Coordinate group spa reservations, special events and departmental projects.
• Reconfirm every booking and sale in detail so each visit runs without a hitch.

Care beyond the expected

Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns, take the right action, and follow up to make sure the guest is happy.

• Give special attention to guests with unique needs or those whose experience needs recovery.
• Share guest needs and concerns with the Spa Manager or Manager on Duty.
• Handle payments and cash accurately.
• Take part in all department meetings and trainings to keep growing your knowledge and skills.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel front desk or guest-facing role is preferred
• Experience with Book4Time or a similar booking system is an asset
• Warm, polished presence that reflects a positive, healthy lifestyle
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine guest-service mindset
• Calm and solution-focused in busy or challenging moments
• Skilled at multitasking and managing your time well
• Comfortable with computers, cash handling and basic accounting
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
