Job summary

Pennant Solutions Group seeks a Luxury Guest Experience Spa Concierge to join our client’s premium spa team in a full-time, in-person capacity. You will help guests from arrival to departure, assist with service selections, and contribute to a serene, high-touch environment that reflects our brand's standards.

Qualifications

Previous spa or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided on services, products and guest experience standards.
A positive mindset, strong work ethic, reliability and proactive hospitality approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and manage arrival to departure to create an exceptional experience.
Check guests in/out accurately and answer calls with gracious assistance.
Assist guests in selecting services and match them with providers as needed.
Escort guests through the spa and ensure comfort, safety and satisfaction.
Process payments, gift cards and transactions with accuracy and care.
Support spa operations and team members during busy periods to maintain quality.
