Job summary

The Spa Director at Trilogy Spa Holdings oversees all aspects of a luxury hotel/resort spa, driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence through strong leadership, budget control, and strategic marketing collaboration with the hotel. Qualifications

• Must have a minimum BS Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or Operations.
• Senior management experience in a 4- or 5-star property is required.
• Strong command of English and excellent organizational skills.

• Oversee spa financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead spa team, recruit, train, and manage performance with hotel collaboration.
• Partner with marketing and hotel teams to drive spa events and campaigns.
