Trilogy Spa Holdings is seeking a Lead Spa Attache to warmly welcome guests, guide them through services and retail offerings, and coordinate appointments both in person and by phone.

The role includes supervisory responsibilities, training, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service aligned with Forbes 5-Star standards. Police about spa etiquette, inventory oversight and guest confidentiality are key.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, spa, hospitality, sales or retail experience preferred.
• 1 year of luxury retail sales experience desired.
• Must be sales-driven with strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through spa services and products.
• Process bookings and check-in/check-out accurately.
• Upsell spa services, packages and retail products.
• Train and support Attache team, manage scheduling and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of retail items and spaces.
