Trilogy Spa Holdings operates luxury spa experiences across multiple locations, including Hawaii. The Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) welcomes guests, guides them through spa services and products, and handles appointments with warm, professional service.

You will maintain a pristine spa environment, assist guests during their visit, and contribute to Forbes-level guest experiences through attentive, personalized service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service or hospitality.
• 1 year luxury retail sales experience.
• Ability to learn, explain, and promote spa treatments and products.
• Sales-driven with a customer service mindset and strong English communication.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and provide tours of the facility, conveying spa services and amenities with professional etiquette.
• Schedule, confirm, and book appointments by phone and in person based on guest preferences.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and process payments accurately and discreetly.
• Maintain a clean, organized spa environment including lounges, reception, and treatment areas.
