Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the full restaurant team, ensuring refined, attentive service and flawless operations.

You will drive financial performance, oversee guest experience, and collaborate with culinary and sales teams on menus, events, and partnerships, while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the full restaurant team and support staff.
• Oversee reservations, seating, service flow, and problem resolution to achieve top guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations and ensure health, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive revenue, labor, and cost targets with effective planning and controls.
• Partner with People & Culture on recruiting, training, and retention.
