Responsibilities

• Maintain Spa and Fitness Center areas in a spotless condition and keep spa common areas tidy between appointments.
• Know and be able to suggest treatments and perform suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations, billing, and greet guests on arrival and departure.
• Support retail operations: guest assistance, product display, suggestive selling.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and report to management.
• Use good judgment and maintain discretion and diplomacy in duties.
• Participate in designated programs, meetings, and trainings.
