Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of service delivery and day-to-day operations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and guidance to the team to maintain high standards.
• Monitor quality, guest satisfaction trends and adjust operations accordingly.
• Initiate and implement marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.
