Puig is seeking a Spa & Boutique Manager for our Soho, New York location to lead the boutique and spa, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences. You will oversee business performance, client engagement, and team development in a high‑end setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in luxury retail, spa, beauty, or hospitality.
• Proven history of leading high‑performing teams and delivering strong commercial results.
• Deep knowledge of luxury skincare, wellness, and spa services.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, staffing, inventory, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own boutique's commercial performance and hit sales targets.
• Analyze performance data: traffic, conversion, treatments, retail, and client retention.
• Develop local strategies to increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and spa utilization.
• Lead clienteling and cultivate long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a best‑in‑class retail and spa team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day boutique and spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety.
