You will oversee both spa and boutique, drive sales, elevate client experiences, and shape a high-performing team within a brand known for exceptional skincare and hospitality. The role demands entrepreneurial leadership, a commercial mindset, and a passion for luxury wellness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, spa, beauty or hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of luxury skincare, wellness, and client experience.
• Strong business acumen with skills in sales performance, staffing, inventory, and ops excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique and spa operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Drive boutique and spa sales, service targets, and key business metrics.
• Develop and execute local strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through clienteling and loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard and coach a high-performing retail and spa team.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, shop standards, and compliance with company policies.
