Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. You’ll provide an immersive, elevated showroom experience, becoming a product expert on our mattresses and bedding while helping customers find their ideal sleep solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, excellent communication, and comfort using multiple platforms. Weekend availability and a positive, team-oriented attitude are valued. Compensation is $21/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using multiple software platforms and devices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain timely attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
