Responsibilities

• Create elevated experiences for clients through in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Ambassador for company values.
• Maintain a customer-ready selling environment at all times.
• Keep store clean and stocked; perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Travel to offsite home design consultants as needed.
