Job summary

Boll & Branch is hiring for a sales associate role in Edina, MN. The position focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their sleep needs, and delivering personalized product recommendations across in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.

You will help maintain store presentation, support cash handling and operations, and engage in clienteling to drive repeat visits. Bilingual ability is a plus, and a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in specialty, luxury, home, hospitality, or similar.
• Passion for hospitality and meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with rapport-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Assist with in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store guest-ready.
• Process transactions, cash handling, and store operations per procedures.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Support store events and partnerships to grow community presence.
