Job summary

Boll & Branch in Skokie, IL is hiring for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, listen to needs, and provide personalized recommendations across in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.

Drive sales, support visual standards, and participate in in-home services while building lasting relationships. Flexible schedule; physical requirements apply. Hourly pay ranges $20-$26 with a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with ability to build rapport and engage customers.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, POS systems, and retail tech.

Responsibilities
