Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail leadership.
• 3-5 years in retail sales leadership with a track record of achieving store goals.
• Experience supervising up to 15 direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and data-driven decision making.
