Balani Custom Clothiers in Houston seeks an impeccably organized Client Services & Operations Assistant to be the face and heartbeat of our showroom. You will curate 5-star client experiences, manage appointments, showroom logistics, inventory, and CRM records, ensuring every detail of our luxury service is executed with pride.

This role offers growth in a fast-growing luxury brand with in-person, full-time hours; you’ll collaborate with VIP clients and vendors to uphold exceptional standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in high-end admin, hospitality, or front-of-house operations.
• Relentless attention to detail and pride in flawless execution.
• Tech fluency with CRM systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
• Refined professionalism: warm, polished, and quick in a luxury environment.
• Growth mindset with initiative and desire for internal advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate the client experience: Welcome guests, manage inquiries, and oversee appointment scheduling.
• VIP event planning and support: Plan and execute high-touch VIP events, assist with local marketing, and manage showroom projects.
• Showroom logistics: Coordinate incoming/outgoing garments, track inventory, and liaise with vendors.
• Merchandising and presentation: Maintain a pristine showroom, fully stocked with inventory and supplies.
• Showroom operations: Maintain client records in CRM and manage daily communications.
