You will curate 5-star client experiences, run daily showroom operations, and ensure every detail of our luxury service is executed with pride and precision.

The role involves elevating client experiences, planning VIP events, managing showroom logistics and inventory, and maintaining CRM records in a fast-growing luxury

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-end admin, hospitality, or front-of-house operations.
• Relentless attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Tech fluency with CRM systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
• Warm, polished professionalism in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the client experience: Welcome guests, handle inquiries, and manage appointments.
• VIP event planning & support: Plan/execut e VIP events, assist with local marketing, manage showroom projects from concept to completion.
• Showroom logistics: Coordinate luxury garments, track inventory, partner with vendors for quality.
• Merchandising & presentation: Keep showroom pristine and fully stocked with inventory and supplies.
• Showroom operations: Maintain client records in CRM and manage daily communications.
