Balani Custom Clothiers is seeking a high-ownership Sales Manager for our Houston showroom. You will balance leading a high-performing luxury sales team with active personal selling on the showroom floor to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Houston showroom team through coaching, 1-on-1s, and performance reviews.
• Drive personal sales on the showroom floor while mentoring others to hit targets.
• Maintain daily activity metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue goals for the showroom.
• Oversee showroom operations, visuals, and coordination with local tailors for quality craftsmanship.
• Foster a first-class client experience with hospitality and high-touch service.
