Brilliant Earth in Scottsdale is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support daily showroom operations and frontline guest experience. The role requires in-person work Tuesday through Saturday, with a targeted hourly salary budget of $19–$21.

The candidate will handle inventory, order fulfillment and maintain a luxury environment in our showroom. You will greet guests, manage appointments, assist walk-ins and collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers in the showroom.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Send/receive product from NJ HQ and vendors; reconcile inventory.
• Process order fulfillment and packaging; manage inventory.
• Maintain security of goods and enforce procedures.
• Uphold showroom visuals: planograms, decor, signage.
• Manage appointments for pickups, resizing, repairs.
• Assist walk-ins by pairing with sales staff.
• Support sales team to improve customer experience.
• Enforce waiting room policies for safety.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and updates.
