Job summary

Brilliant Earth in Southlake, TX is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support daily showroom operations, greet customers, and help with fulfillment and inventory. This role is in-person and requires a full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

You will maintain a luxury showroom environment, assist the sales team, manage inventory, prepare packaging, and uphold security and policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Robust customer service skills in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and personalized experiences for Brilliant Earth customers during showroom visits.
• Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Send and receive product from NJ HQ and external vendors while reconciling inventory in the system.
• Facilitate order fulfillment, including preparing and packaging customer materials, managing inventory, and organizing packaging areas.
• Maintain showroom luxury environment and uphold visual merchandising standards and planograms.
• Manage appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs and assist walk-in clients.
