Job summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager in Scottsdale to lead a Customer Experience team of Concierges and Jewelry Consultants. You will drive sales targets and CX KPIs while delivering personalized luxury service in our Scottsdale showroom.

The role is full-time, in-person, with a compensation budget of $55,000–$60,000 and a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule. You will foster collaboration, schedules, and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Store leadership or keyholder experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and grow high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and management of a Customer Experience team.
• Maintain a high-standard showroom and office operations.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions in a luxury setting.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Conduct in-person appointments to present jewelry in a private showroom.
