Brilliant Earth seeks a Retail Operations Coordinator to manage daily showroom operations in Houston, TX. In this in-person role, you will greet customers, coordinate product flow with HQ, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will maintain a luxury showroom standard, assist with visual merchandising, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance the customer experience. Competitive benefits accompany a stable full-time schedule Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers by delivering exceptional service in the showroom.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate product shipments from HQ and vendors and reconcile inventory.
• Support order fulfillment, packaging, inventory management, and organized packing area.
• Maintain showroom security and uphold operational policies and procedures.
