Brilliant Earth in Baltimore is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting showroom operations and inventory management. This in-person role requires a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and a focus on maintaining a luxury showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable, personalized experiences for customers in the showroom.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Coordinate product sending/receiving with NJ HQ and vendors; reconcile inventory.
• Support order fulfillment and packaging; manage inventory and packaging area.
• Ensure showroom security and enforce operational policies.
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards; update planograms and decor.
• Schedule appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs.
• Assist walk-in clients by connecting them with sales reps or scheduling returns.
• Uphold showroom standards and continuously seek ways to improve customer experience.
