Job summary

Plumbing Solutions LLC’s Bath & Bronze Showroom in Irmo, SC is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and ensure execution of our proven operating systems.

You will drive showroom sales, manage purchasing, merchandising, and customer service while protecting margins and building strong relationships with builders, designers, remodelers, vendors, and trade customers.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of leadership experience in showroom sales, operations, purchasing, or management.
• Experience in decorative plumbing, lighting, luxury home products, or related industry preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, quoting systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations and supervise the showroom team.
• Drive showroom sales, quote conversion, customer follow-up, and complete-room selling.
• Protect gross margins by maintaining pricing discipline and approved sales practices.
• Manage order flow, purchasing coordination, fulfillment, and customer communication.
• Maintain relationships with builders, designers, remodelers, vendors, and retail customers.
• Ensure showroom merchandising, displays, and product presentation remain customer-ready.
• Monitor inventory exposure, aged inventory, and purchasing discipline.
• Train and coach team members while reinforcing company policies and SOPs.
• Track KPIs and provide regular operational reports to the Director of Operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive growth.
