Job summary

Bath and Bronze in Irmo, South Carolina is seeking a Sales Representative for Kitchen, Bath, Plumbing & Lighting to join our inside sales and territory management team. The role supports homeowners, builders and remodelers with high-end products and design expertise.

The position offers an experienced-based salary with performance-based commissions, strong leadership access, comprehensive medical and retirement benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9am to 5/6pm with PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales and design experience in the building materials industry, focused on kitchen, bath and lighting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, preferably with an established book of business in the greater South Carolina market.

Sales Representative – Kitchen, Bath, Plumbing & Lighting Irmo, South Carolina Bath and Bronze is a high-end decorative kitchen, bath and lighting showroom with a distribution division serving home builders, professional remodeling contractors and homeowners. This role is being posted as part of our planned product expansion and future location growth. Bath and Bronze is looking for inside sales representatives as well as territory managers with a building materials sales and design background preferably with a book of business in the greater South Carolina market area.
