Job description

Job Purpose

At Watches of Switzerland, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of general showroom functions, with a primary focus on providing excellent client service, cultivating a professional and pleasant environment for all staff members, and setting standards for each colleague for which they are accountable and working closely with others on the management team.

Schedule flexibility and availability is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team (both oral and written)
