Job summary

Tonal is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Perimeter Mall showroom in Atlanta. You will lead the sales floor, manage scheduling and merchandising, and partner with the Showroom Manager to drive sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You are a strong communicator with 2+ years in retail or related sales leadership, capable of mentoring team members, and comfortable with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality industries preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you’re approachable and a brand representative.
• Open to working a standard retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and drive store operations in collaboration with the Showroom Manager.
• Plan and achieve sales targets using company tools and labor management.
• Develop personalized demos and build lasting client relationships to enhance the client experience.
