Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail service experience required.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and relationship building.
• Evaluate performance and coach staff to prioritize service and selling.
• Stay current with market competition, watch trends, and client behavior.
• Forecast, plan and budget to meet business needs (payroll, staffing, etc.).
• Manage daily showroom operations and assist with recruitment.
• Lead within the building in support of the Showroom Director.
• Develop product knowledge and train the team on collections.
