Ideal candidates bring at least five years in a customer-facing role within luxury automotive or premium retail, and excel at multitasking while maintaining a pristine showroom environment.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience in a customer-facing role requiring exceptional service.
• Experience in luxury automotive, upscale hospitality, premium retail, or a comparable high-touch service environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a sophisticated, personalized customer experience in a professional setting.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury showroom.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and respond with discretion and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every showroom guest promptly and professionally, setting the tone for an exceptional Audi customer experience.
• Engage with customers to understand the purpose of their visit and ensure they receive attentive, personalized assistance.
• Collect and accurately enter customer information into the dealership's sales control system.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department, notify the relevant team member of their arrival, and facilitate a seamless handoff to a sales professional.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of dealership personnel, showroom procedures, and customer flow.
• Deliver consistent, attentive service while maintaining the standards and presentation expected of a luxury automotive environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccably presented showroom and reception area.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to support daily showroom operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Adhere to assigned schedules and departmental expectations.
