Job summary

BMW of Denver Downtown is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests by phone and in person in our Sales showroom. As the first point of contact, you will answer a multi-line telephone system, welcome guests, and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred. Full-time hours include Monday through Saturday with Sundays off, and benefits include

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests and determine their needs, escort them to the appropriate department.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
