Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
1–3 years of progressive auto-service experience preferred but not required.
Proven track record of positive customer satisfaction.
Team-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication.
Able to work independently with a professional appearance.
Fantastic communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow for prompt service.
Take ownership of the customer experience and assignments.
Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above standards.
Set schedules and assign tasks in the service department.
Reinforce company policies and standards.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintain positive relationships with factories.
