Job summary

Holly Hunt Enterprises, Inc. in New York’s MillerKnoll showroom is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support order processing, inquiries, and post-delivery service, delivering a high-touch client experience to luxury design clients.

The role reports to Showroom General Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in customer service or luxury retail, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, design, showroom, luxury goods, or a related client-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Associates, Post-Delivery CS teams, and vendor partners to support the accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, managing issues through resolution while delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Initiate and coordinate service claims, repairs, replacements, and refunds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns, identifying practical solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor order status and provide proactive updates regarding production timelines, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and support payment collection efforts in accordance with company policies.
