Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of customer service, retail, design, showroom, luxury goods, or related client-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and rapport with clients and internal partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate service claims, repairs, replacements, and refunds.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide proactive order status updates and shipping timelines.
• Support showroom operations and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assist with showroom inquiries and guide clients to the right resources.
