Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to support our Domestic Showrooms in Dallas. You will act as the primary contact between showroom sales and internal teams, handling quotes, orders, and client inquiries with a focus on luxury service standards.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with residential accounts, manage pricing and logistics, and help ensure timely processing and outstanding client satisfaction across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Understand high-end customer experience and maintain a professional brand image.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment and stay reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service as the primary liaison between the Showroom sales team and internal operations on pricing, product information, marketing requests, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with Domestic Residential Accounts for timely quoting, payments, and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer service, order processing, product transitions, financials, and logistics & warehousing.
• Support showroom Inside and Outside team members with territory needs and expand product knowledge.
• Assist in resolving client issues with the client assurance team to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Generate weekly reports and proactively follow up on orders pending shipment to reduce delays.
