Job summary

Paddy O' Furniture in Scottsdale's flagship showroom is seeking an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager who can lead by example and drive daily operations with a focus on luxury customer experience.

You'll partner with the Store Leader to coach the team, meet sales goals, manage priorities, and uphold brand standards in a connected and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years in assistant management or team leadership.
• Experience with luxury or high-ticket products is highly preferred.
• Experience in a commission-based environment.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom team to drive sales and service excellence.
• Coach staff using sales metrics and real-time feedback.
