Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Silicon Valley is seeking a Server at Quattro Restaurant & Bar to curate the guest experience with knowledge and enthusiasm. You will drive the food and coffee culture and support daily operations of the café lobby lounge and restaurant bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years as a server in luxury Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Open availability – weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining experiences that align with Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
• Offer prompt, precise and personable service.
• Engage guests with menu details including origins, flavors and prep techniques.
• Use the POS system to coordinate with the kitchen and guest requests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a sanitized work environment.
• Stock essential products and equipment and liaise with management as needed.
