Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in Santa Clara is seeking a Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant. You will support servers, clear and reset tables, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury setting.

The role requires good food knowledge, strong presentation, and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings. English proficiency and ability to carry a tray are essential for daily duties and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must read and write in English.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist server in clearing and resetting tables per restaurant standards.
• Support server to deliver an enjoyable dining experience with Four Seasons level of service.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiments, crumbing tables.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential function of the job:

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
• Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
