Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking a Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant. This role supports the server to maintain flawless guest service, keeping tables ready and the dining area orderly.

You will contribute to a premium guest experience and work a flexible schedule in a luxury setting, with opportunities for career growth and access to staff benefits.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to carry and balance a tray.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting tables according to restaurant standards.
• Provides an enjoyable dining experience with professionalism and friendliness.
• Performs side work like polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and crumb control.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential function of the job

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
• Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
