Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Silicon Valley is seeking a Server at Quattro Restaurant & Bar to curate the guest experience with knowledge and enthusiasm. You will drive the food and coffee culture and support daily operations of the café lobby lounge and restaurant bar.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of luxury service experience and must have open availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Use the POS system to coordinate with the kitchen and guest requests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a sanitized work environment.
• Stock essential products and equipment and liaise with management as needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Four Seasons is currently looking for a Server at Quattro Restaurant & Bar.

BASIC PURPOSE:

As a Server, you will curate the customer’s experience by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm in a genuine way. You will drive the food and coffee culture and assist in the daily operations of the café lobby lounge and restaurant bar.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Deliver dining experiences that align with Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
• Offer prompt, precise, and personable service, taking care to understand and cater to guest preferences.
• Engage guests with descriptive details about menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques.
• Use the hotel’s point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring harmony between the kitchen’s output and the guest's request.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, ensure their satisfaction, and address any concerns with utmost urgency.
• Handle guest payments meticulously, managing cash, credit cards, voided checks, and complimentary items.
• Uphold Four Seasons' service standards in all interactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining a sanitized work environment.
• Monitor equipment and storage temperatures, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Stock essential products and customer stations.
• Address customer feedback with tact and liaise with management when needed.
• Reflect the professional standards of Four Seasons in all behaviors and interactions.
• Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as a server, work experience in luxury Food & Beverage setting is a plus.
• Must have open availability/flexible schedule – Weekends, Evenings and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
