Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, part of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, is seeking an Expeditor for Quattro Restaurant. The role involves coordinating food orders, aiding service staff, and ensuring order accuracy with regard to allergies and special requests.

Candidates should have strong food knowledge, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on a flexible schedule including evenings. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge is required.
• Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line.
• Assist in food running/serving.
• Ensure accuracy of orders with attention to allergies and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with servers.
• Assist the server in clearing and resetting tables per restaurant standards.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware and refilling condiments.
• Other duties as assigned
