Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for luxury Volvo clientele, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Proactively follow up with clients to confirm, reschedule, and handle changes or requests.
• Verify appointment details and communicate with clients to keep them informed and prepared.
• Resolve scheduling glitches quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries professionally.
