Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Volvo or European brand service advisor experience is a strong plus.
• Clear, composed communicator who informs guests and follows through.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process.
• Translate repair findings into clear, confident guest communication to earn authorization.
• Build precise estimates and commit to realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations for safety and performance.
• Deliver a consistent Volvo-standard guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation standards.
