This role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, plus previous serving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents and team
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
