The position supports events, room service, and cost-conscious dining operations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred CPR/BLS certification and experience in senior living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and HR-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support dining events and room service for residents and guests.
• Take orders and deliver courteous, accurate service.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and ensure food safety standards.
• Clear and reset tables; manage waste and daily checklists.
• Assist with cleaning dining areas, floors, tables, and chairs.
• Communicate menu details and accommodate resident preferences.
• Follow safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Assist with recipes, portion control, and cost-aware practices.
