Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents and teammates.
• Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds.
