Job summary

Grand Living is seeking an Assistant Dining Supervisor in Cedar Rapids to enhance the Resident dining experience by overseeing dining staff and delivering culinary training across all dining venues. You will uphold high service standards and guest satisfaction under the Dining Manager’s guidance.

The role requires three+ years in food and beverage within senior living, country club, or fine dining settings, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Three or more years with Food and Beverage in country club, fine dining, restaurant and/or upscale Senior living hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining staff to ensure service standards across all venues (Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room).
• Provide culinary training to dining staff and uphold menu quality and presentation.
• Assist in coordinating special events and private functions with professionalism and guest focus.
