Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in front office management, customer service, and customer relations preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, senior living or retail is appreciated.
• Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior hospitality to prospective guests and other visitors.
• Assist sales team to understand and meet minimum sales targets throughout development life cycle.
• Receive inquiries by phone and internet and enter into CRM.
• Make reminder and follow-up calls for events and other needs.
• Keep office stocked with supplies and collateral for sales functions.
• Process deposits and cancellations accurately on the day they occur.
• Set up and manage prospective member files and CRM reports.
• Maintain Engrain, mailing and suppression lists and social media updates.
• Coordinate and participate in events to promote the opportunity to prospective members.
• Monitor department accounts payable against budgeted spend and goals.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and training to understand customer needs and market forces.
• Be a self-directed team member with strong attention to detail.
