Job summary

Kimball Farms Lifecare Retirement Community in Lenox, MA seeks a Marketing/Sales Coordinator to work with the Maintenance team and Residential Services leadership to ensure smooth move-in and transfer experiences for residents and families. The role supports lead generation and outreach under the Director of Marketing/Sales.

The ideal candidate is relational, independent, self-motivated, with strong communication and presentation skills, able to manage multiple projects with an interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field preferred; extensive related experience may substitute for a degree.
3–5 years of sales-related experience in a senior setting is preferred.
Ability to travel distances to execute outreach strategy within local and extended markets.

Responsibilities

Coordinate move-in and transfer experiences for residents and families in partnership with the Director of Marketing/Sales and Maintenance.
Assist in lead generation and outreach activities as directed by the Director of Marketing/Sales.
Prepare reports and communications to support outreach and marketing efforts.
Represent Kimball Farms positively to internal and external communities.
