The role requires lead generation, management of move-ins/move-outs, maintenance of a wait list, and strong coordination with resident families while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience working with the elderly population.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to assisted living.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new applications.

• Develops and executes marketing plans to meet occupancy and sales goals.
• Conducts phone and direct outreach as per the established marketing plan.
• Manages move-ins/move-outs to maximize revenue for the community.
• Maintains a meaningful wait list and generates leads.
• Assists in marketing plan development and execution for performance targets.
• Maintains knowledge of lead tracking and marketing software systems.
• Supports referral programs and communicates pricing and promotions.
• Maintains awareness of competitors and product changes.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and community policies.
