Mosaic Management is seeking a Community Relationship Manager who is passionate about helping seniors and families. This role guides families to a vibrant senior living community and delivers exceptional customer service throughout the inquiry-to-enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Must ensure Medicaid approval in writing from a caseworker prior to admission.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to confirm physician orders and evaluations before admissions.
• Coordinate with the business office to schedule a contract signing before admission.
• Memory Care requires a dementia diagnosis and a POA/Guardian prior to admission or evaluation.
• Performance guidelines/goals include 10–20 outreach drop-ins weekly, 4–6 scheduled meetings monthly, and 8–12 home visits monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service by building an inquiry base and following up with community professionals.
• Visit and present at doctors' offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations distributing literature.
• Conduct home visits outlining services, lifestyle, and benefits of the community.
• Follow the company’s sales process, guidelines, and philosophy.
• Complete documentation and keep leadership updated on outreach and events.
• Represent the community to welcome prospective residents, families, referral sources and the public.
• Maintain accurate database records in Bluestep.
• Prepare and distribute marketing reports as needed.
• Complete competitive analyses every six months or as requested.
• Attend business and community events with referral sources.
